Qualifications

• No formal qualifications required; GCSEs in Maths and English are advantageous.
• Experience in warehouse, dispatch, logistics or kitting is preferred but not essential.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Reliable, punctual and motivated to complete tasks to a high standard.
• Physically able to perform duties in a busy dispatch/kitting environment.
• Willingness to learn new processes and adapt to changes.
• Positive attitude to health and safety and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Pick and prepare products and components for customer orders.
• Assemble and complete kits accurately per work instructions and order requirements.
• Check quantities, part numbers and product details for accuracy.
• Pack products safely and prepare orders for collection or delivery.
• Label and prepare completed orders for dispatch.
• Carry out quality and accuracy checks throughout picking, kitting and dispatch.
• Report shortages, damaged items or discrepancies to supervisor.
• Maintain a clean, tidy and organised working area.
• Follow all health and safety procedures and guidelines.
• Work with the team to meet daily productivity and dispatch targets.
• Assist with stock movements, replenishment and general warehouse duties.
• Use basic warehouse equipment safely after training.
• Participate in training to learn new processes and responsibilities.
