• ⏰Hours: 37.5 hours per week
• 📅Shift pattern: Working 5 days a week, between Monday – Sunday, between 9:00‑19:00, 7.5‑hour shift plus 30 minute unpaid lunch
• 💸Salary: £24,004.50 per annum
• 📍Location: Bowthorpe - Norwich
• 📆Start Date: 5th January 2026

You must be a highly motivated team player with great communication skills!

Ideally you have a good general standard of education, we would like you to be proficient in Microsoft office such as Outlook, but we believe that with the right core values and training that you could thrive in this role!

THE ROLE 📦

As part of the Dispatch Team within our busy warehouse environment, you will be ensuring customer orders are prepared, tested and sent out on time, guaranteeing next day delivery and a perfect start to our customer’s journey with us. This is an essential part of the logistics for the wider company.

Key responsibilities include the programming and testing of alarm equipment, processing customer orders and packing, processing returned goods and reconditioning equipment, stock control, as well as maintaining a safe and organised office space.
