Ultimate Recruitment is looking for a Dispatch Clerk for one of our busy clients based in Coventry.

Location: Ryton CV8 3ED or New Hub Coventry CV8 3EE

Contract Type: Temporary to Permanent

Shifts & Pay

Days: £12.21 per hour | 11:00am - 7:00pm

Nights: £13.29 per hour | 7:00pm - 3:30am

Job Duties

Coordinate and monitor dispatch operations to ensure timely deliveries.

Communicate with drivers, warehouse staff, and management to resolve delivery or scheduling issues.

Prepare and update dispatch reports and transport documentation.

Track shipments and maintain accurate system records.

Support the Control Tower team with daily planning and administrative tasks.

Ensure compliance with health, safety, and operational procedures.

Handle incoming calls and emails related to dispatch and transport queries.

Assist with real-time problem-solving and escalation handling.
