A local government authority in Eastleigh is seeking a dedicated professional to ensure timely responses to court orders related to disclosures. The successful candidate will compile necessary information for Local Authorities for Family Court proceedings and communicate effectively with various agencies. Essential qualifications include being educated to QCF Level 3 or equivalent experience. The role demands strong organisational skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and previous experience dealing with various stakeholders.
Location: Strategic Headquarters - Eastleigh
Hours: 37.00 hours per week Monday to Friday
Contract: Temporary for 12 Months
Salary: Grade SO1 (35526.00 - 37692.00 per annum)

Your role will be to ensure the timely response to court orders requiring disclosure, liaising with courts and external solicitors where necessary. Bring to the notice instances that will require the attendance of a solicitor or counsel and providing the evidential material necessary for the hearing. Provide timely response to requests for information from agencies.
