Leaders in Care is seeking a qualified Social Worker to support vulnerable adults during challenging winter pressures in the community. The role offers hybrid working up to three days per week to help with personal commitments while delivering high-quality care.

You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, ensure SWE registration is up to date, and provide compassionate, practical support to individuals, families, and carers throughout the placement.
