A local sports organization in Liverpool is seeking a Disability Coach to deliver inclusive sports sessions for disabled children and adults. This role involves planning sessions in schools, coordinating competitive events, and ensuring safeguarding practices. Ideal candidates will have a Level 2 Multi-sport qualification and experience working with diverse abilities. The position is a 12-month fixed-term contract.

Supported by a team of over 130 full‑time staff and over 200 volunteers, the independently governed and independently financed charity offers an extensive array of more than 60 programmes and initiatives that tackle a diverse range of social issues including health, employability, anti‑social behaviour, crime, exploitation, education, dementia, and disability. We are looking for a Disability Coach to join the team to deliver a range of various sports‑specific and multisport sessions for disabled children and adults at various locations across Merseyside.
We are looking for an individual who can deliver inclusive sessions that are engaging with fun, laughter and enjoyment for the participants. With experience of delivering schools and after school clubs with disabled children of all ages and abilities, our ideal candidate will also demonstrate the following skills, knowledge and experience.
This position will be offered on a 12‑month fixed‑term contract, with the role being based across our Everton in the Community campus, schools and other locations deemed suitable by the Youth Inclusion Manager.
