A leading healthcare provider in the UK is looking for a dedicated professional to support RTT performance standards. The role involves data collection and validation, assisting in managing long waiting patients, and collaborating with clinical and administrative teams. Candidates should possess NVQ Level 3 and GCSEs in English and Mathematics. The post holder will support the Trust to achieve RTT Performance standards. They will assist in RTT data collection for patients on clinical pathways and carry out data quality checks and data validation to ensure we capture accurate waiting times. The post holder will offer advice and support on RTT rules and support the understanding of the RTT measures and standards. The post holder will assist the Deputy Directorate Manager with the management of the department’s longest waiting patients and other operational actions. The post holder will support the Deputy Directorate Manager and admin and clerical staff in data validation and support the operational team. This role will support the Directorates of Ear, Nose and Throat (ENT) and Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery (OMFS) and involve daily contact with clinical, nursing, admin and clerical colleagues across these Directorates.

Candidates can choose to pay this over 1–3 months as a deduction from the monthly salary.
