Job summary

A modern consultancy in property valuation is seeking an MRICS qualified professional to provide valuation advice primarily for commercial assets across the UK. This role includes key responsibilities such as assisting in business development and acting as the regional lead, supported by a highly experienced team. Ideal candidates will have at least three years post-qualification experience and strong reporting skills. The position is remote with optional office access.

Qualifications

• MRICS qualified with a minimum of three years post qualified.
• RICS Registered Valuer required.
• Strong report writing capabilities and attention to detail are essential.
