Job summary

Morgan Stanley in Glasgow is seeking a Director-level professional within the Transfer Pricing Control Group (TPCG) to oversee transfer pricing outputs, governance and control frameworks across global entities. The role partners with Tax, Legal Entity Controllers, Business Unit Controllers and Technology, and supports automation initiatives within the finance function.

• Experience in overseeing transfer pricing and control frameworks.
• Ability to translate complex financial data into executive-level insights.
• Proven ability to partner with Tax, Legal Entity Control, BU Controllers and IT.
• Strong governance and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee production and review of transfer pricing outputs at entity and business level.
• Review complex financial data, metrics and dashboards for management needs.
• Own elements of the transfer pricing control framework and governance documentation.
• Prepare due diligence decks and review with stakeholders.
• Drive improvements to controls and governance in response to regulatory changes.
