Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; equivalent experience not accepted.
• 10+ years in solutions consulting, pre-sales, or technical architecture in enterprise software (FS&I).
• 5+ years leading technical teams or pre-sales engineers.
• Experience with sales incentive plans tied to revenue/bookings.
• Strong system integration design and enterprise-architecture skills.
• Willingness to travel to client sites and events.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a 3–6 person pre-sales engineering team.
• Oversee scoping, design, and execution of tailored technical sales demos and POC/POV frameworks.
• Partner with Account Executives on qualification, planning, and bookings outcomes.
• Architect integration strategies and long-cycle enterprise deployments.
• Influence product direction with PM/PMM through field feedback.
• Act as primary technical liaison at executive briefings and events.
