Qualifications

• At least 15 years of experience in Health and Safety in high-risk industries.
• Proven ability to lead SHE functions with high impact.
• Demonstrate success in driving culture change and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Lead SHE operations across Transmission, Distribution and Contract Partners.
• Provide expert leadership on SHE policy, governance and regulatory compliance.
• Mentor and develop a robust senior SHE team.
