About the Role

Hollywood Secret Service is looking for a bright, enthusiastic Director’s Treatment Coordinator to join our growing team in Brighton.

This is a new, full-time, studio-based position that plays a pivotal role in the design and production of high-end pitch decks for commercials, TV, and media projects.

You’ll act as the connective tissue between clients and creatives — overseeing onboarding, managing project timelines and schedules, delegating tasks to designers, researchers, and writers, and ensuring everything runs smoothly from concept to delivery.

The pace is fast and the stakes are high, but for the right person, it’s an exciting opportunity to work at the centre of some of the most creative commercial projects in the international advertising world.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the first point of contact for incoming job requests.
  • Manage a fast-moving diary: book new projects, update clients on availability, and maintain a seamless schedule across multiple timezones.
  • Oversee onboarding and wrap-up processes for each project.
  • Keep clients updated throughout each stage of the workflow.
  • Delegate tasks to designers, researchers, and writers, managing internal timelines and priorities.
  • Lead team meetings and client briefings.
  • Interpret creative briefs and coordinate real-time feedback.
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, to spec, and to the highest standard.
  • Be a proactive team player, ready to assist with ad-hoc office and administrative tasks — from sourcing supplies and conducting sales research to maintaining the image archive and updating social media platforms.

What We're Looking for

You’ll thrive in a reactive, adaptable environment where each brief brings something new. We’re looking for someone who is:

  • Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Confident managing 3–4 fast-paced projects at once.
  • A strong communicator — personable, professional, and client-facing.
  • Experienced in a creative studio, agency, or production setting.
  • Familiar with the treatment process and advertising workflows.
  • Passionate about advertising, creativity, storytelling, and visual media.
  • A collaborative, initiative-taking team player who’s happy to help wherever needed.
  • Experienced: 2–4 years in a similar role within a fast-paced creative or production-led environment.

Opportunities & Benefits

  • Join a growing creative start-up by the sea.
  • Work on high-profile international TV and media projects.
  • Inclusive, equal-opportunity studio culture.
  • Monthly team lunches and drinks.
  • 28 days annual leave (including bank holidays).
  • Additional holiday with long-term service (up to 34 days).
  • £1,000 loyalty bonus after 3 years.
  • Cultural allowance (cinema, exhibitions, etc.).
  • Cycle-to-work scheme and pension.
