Job summary

CSL seeks a Director, Regulatory Platforms in Maidenhead to own the strategic roadmap for regulatory platforms. You will partner with senior leaders to translate regulatory strategy into scalable technology that supports GRAS and global operations.

You will lead cross-functional teams, ensure audit-ready environments, and drive platform governance and modernisation, including cloud evolution and reducing technical debt.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Biostatistics, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Life Sciences, or related discipline.
• 15–20 years of experience in regulatory organisations, R&D, or life sciences.
• Direct experience with Veeva Vault Regulatory systems.
• Working knowledge of regulatory operations, submissions and publishing technologies.
• Strong experience in GxP settings including validation, inspection readiness, and data integrity.
• Proven ability to partner with senior leadership to deliver technology solutions.
• PV/safety experience would be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Own the strategic roadmap for regulatory platforms across Global Regulatory Affairs & Safety.
• Serve as primary technical and operational escalation point for the Regulatory organisation.
• Ensure platforms meet regulatory, data integrity, security, and inspection-readiness in validated environments.
• Oversee vendor-provided technologies and outsourced application management.
• Drive lifecycle management of platforms—upgrades, cloud evolution, and debt reduction.
• Establish platform governance, documentation standards, and operating processes for audit readiness.
