Exciting opportunity for a Director - Commercial Real Estate & Regeneration Advisory focused on local authority advisory, place-based Infrastructure & regeneration for a UK-based public investment institution.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic advisory engagements with local authorities on commercial real estate-led regeneration, including retail, office, leisure, and mixed-use schemes.
• Provide expert guidance on development viability, funding structures, and investment partnerships.
• Shape regeneration strategies that align with local economic priorities and national policy goals.
• Support councils in navigating planning, land assembly, and stakeholder engagement.
• Collaborate with internal specialists in housing, transport, energy, and finance.
• Represent the organisation at senior forums, industry events, and government roundtables.
