Qualifikationen

• Significant experience in Customer Success, Strategic Account Management, Relationship Management, Commercial Leadership, or Business Development.
• Proven experience managing complex enterprise customer relationships.
• Strong understanding of the payments ecosystem, with experience in real-time payments preferred.
• Proven track record of achieving commercial targets through account growth, renewals, expansion opportunities, and strategic customer engagement.
• Experience managing customer P&Ls, forecasting, and commercial negotiations.

• Own the strategic vision, customer success strategy, and long-term account plans for assigned RTP customers.
• Build trusted relationships with executive leadership, becoming a strategic advisor for customer success.
• Lead customer governance through regular business reviews and strategic planning.
• Drive revenue growth through renewals, service expansions, and new business opportunities.
• Monitor performance against KPIs, SLAs, and customer health metrics to deliver value.
• Oversee product roadmap discussions and ensure alignment with customer priorities and Mastercard strategy.
• Collaborate across cross-functional teams to deliver outcomes and manage risks.
