About Our Client

What the job involves

• Lead sourcing and evaluation of real asset opportunities, focusing on infrastructure co-investments, primaries, and secondaries
• Manage external GP/sourcing partner relationships to drive investment deal flow
• Apply critical analysis to all investment opportunities
• Manage and develop investment professionals
• Support client-facing teams with market and deal updates
• Participate in client and prospect meetings
• Collaborate with legal, operations, risk, and other internal stakeholders

Who we are looking for

• 10+ years of infrastructure experience in transaction advisory or financing in infrastructure deals
• Ability to think critically and evaluate investment opportunities from multiple perspectives
• Comfortable expressing well-reasoned skepticism about investments
• Strong financial modeling and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and networking abilities
