The role requires strong leadership, strategic vision, and a track record in delivering measurable business results within projects and commercial environments.

Qualifications

• Extensive senior leadership experience in projects or commercial environments.
• Proven P&L management, financial planning and profitability delivery.
• Strategic planning, business development and commercial strategy execution.
• Strong people management and leadership with ability to develop teams.
• Advanced project management knowledge (PMP/PRINCE2) and related techniques.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills across audiences.
• Experience working in matrix or complex organisations.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership and vision for the projects and commercial unit, aligning with organisational goals.
• Manage full P&L accountability, including revenue, costs and profitability targets.
• Lead, develop and inspire diverse teams to achieve excellence and continuous improvement.
• Develop and execute commercial strategies to enhance market position and growth.
• Oversee project delivery, ensuring timelines, budgets and quality standards are met.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners and stakeholders.
• Identify and mitigate risks, ensuring regulatory compliance and best practices.
• Monitor KPIs and drive data-informed improvements to efficiency.
