You will provide strategic guidance and mentorship to project managers, ensuring projects are executed efficiently, on time, and within budget, while maintaining high‑quality standards. The position requires close collaboration with cross‑functional teams to manage risks, resolve challenges, and optimize service delivery for a dedicated sponsor. You will oversee multiple projects, supporting operational and financial objectives while fostering professional growth within your team. This role demands a balance of hands‑on leadership, regulatory expertise, and strong interpersonal skills to drive successful outcomes across complex clinical studies.

Accountabilities
  • Provide oversight to project managers in day‑to‑day project execution, ensuring operational and financial deliverables are met.
  • Guide staff on project planning, execution, review, risk mitigation, problem solving, and client management.
  • Lead line management responsibilities for assigned project management staff, including mentoring and performance development.
