The Director of Professional Services Northern Region (UK & Ireland, Benelux and Nordics) will manage a team of Engagement Managers whose role is to ensure that our customers are getting the best from the Databricks Lakehouse Platform, by positioning, preparing, and managing the follow-up of Professional Services and training engagements. Your successful track record of partnering with Sales and Field Engineering teams will ensure our Professional Services organisation makes the greatest impact in the use cases that matter the most, as well as closing revenue and growing consumption as a result. You will actively guide and get involved to enhance your team’s effectiveness, scaling out your commercial skills, guiding investment areas, supporting complex sales cycles and building relationships with important customers in large corporations. You will report directly to the Sr. Director for Professional Services.
