We’re hiring a Director, People Partner to raise the bar for strategic and human‑centred partnerships across Skyscanner. From org design and workforce planning to performance, succession and culture, you’ll lead the HRBP strategy, setting standards and unblocking the complex issues with informed judgment. You’ll directly partner with our executives while leading People Partners, who each support specific business areas and their leadership teams. You can be based in Glasgow, Edinburgh, Barcelona or London, where we adopt a hybrid working policy of working in the office twice a week.
