A leading banking institution in Greater London is looking for a candidate experienced in fund finance origination for its Strategic Fund Solutions team. You will source and structure deals across Private Equity and Venture Capital while improving market visibility and monitoring trends. The ideal candidate should have significant experience in the PE/VC space and a solid understanding of financing needs. This role offers a hybrid work model with a requirement for at least three days in the office.

HSBC Innovation Banking’s Strategic Fund Solutions ("SFS") team is responsible for managing key aspects of the bank’s relationships with its Private Equity, Private Credit and Venture Capital clients. SFS optimises the client experience through dedicated relationship management and delivering the breadth of the bank’s products to this sector, including banking, lending, treasury, and foreign exchange. This role is part of SFS’ Origination efforts which focuses on generating new business with new clients and manage the team’s syndication capabilities in the market through engagement with the lender ecosystem.
Our home office in Finsbury Square, London. We offer hybrid working to our employees, so you can flex between home and the office. This role is part of a client‑facing and relationship focused team and is therefore offered with an expectation of at least 3 days working from the office.
