Job Description:

Responsibilities:

• Manage annual cost savings plan (% of operating expenses), including the PMO of the Transformation programme.
• Coach, train, and help instill key OpEx principles, tools, and practices throughout the site.
• Analyze business results and metrics to ensure targeted areas for improvement are achieved, including the annual Site Lean Maturity Self Assessment.
• Partner with business leaders to develop OpEx goals for departments and the site.
• Collaborate across all organizational levels to develop employees’ ability to convert continuous improvement ideas into action and value.
• Develop and implement OpEx management control systems utilizing monthly metrics.
• Participate in the global Change Agent and Change Leader network to identify replication opportunities.

Minimum qualifications:

• Ideally Black Belt, but minimum Gren Belt trained; experienced in Lean and continuous improvement facilitation.
• 3-5 years of experience in Operational Excellence, Transformation Leadership, or Operational Leadership roles, including leading kaizen events and problem-solving (DMAIC, A3, 8D, 3C).
• Bachelor’s Degree.
• Project management experience.
• Strong communication skills tailored to different audiences.
• Problem resolution mindset with a hands-on approach, engaging directly with issues (Gemba).
