Job summary

This is a senior leadership role at THIS Institute, part of the University of Cambridge, reporting to the executive team and guiding strategic and operational priorities across finance, governance, HR, and contract management. Qualifications

• Honours degree required; postgraduate qualification desirable.
• Extensive ops and business leadership experience.
• Delivery of complex, multi-stakeholder programmes across NHS, academia, charities and industry.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic and operational leadership across business planning, finance, governance, risk and HR.
• Oversee contracting, funding applications and research programme management.
• Lead a multi-skilled team and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
• Ensure high standards of governance, reporting and compliance.
