Job summary

A leading market measurement solutions provider in the UK is seeking a Business Development Director to drive engagement with major manufacturers in the FMCG sector. This full-time role requires a consultative sales professional with a strong understanding of the industry and proven ability to build networks with senior stakeholders. The successful applicant will lead strategic initiatives and represent the company at industry events, ensuring significant revenue growth and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years experience in a senior sales role.
  • High level of strategic competency and consultative business skills.
  • Understanding of the UK FMCG industry and challenges faced by manufacturers.
  • Strong influencing abilities with a hunter mindset.
  • Excellent presentation skills and executive presence.
  • Strong financial acumen and high competency in Excel.

Responsibilities

  • Develop a depth & breadth of engagement across 5-10 major strategic manufacturer pursuits.
  • Create awareness of Circana's unique capability.
  • Drive the Circana Win Strategy tailored towards manufacturer pursuits.
  • Lead the Circana Win Team of experts across various functions.
  • Build a pipeline of revenue opportunities.
  • Represent Circana at high-profile industry events.
