Independent Girls' Prep School, January 2026

Connaught Education is proudly partnered with the largest and most prestigious independent schools' group in the world, presently, we are supporting one of their independent girls' prep schools in appointing a Director of Sport. The role in question is a full-time, permanent position, commencing as of January 2026.

This high calibre independent girls' school has a reputation as one of the best prep schools in London, set in a picturesque residential square with access to outstanding facilities. Sport is highly prized at the school with PE lessons, games, dance, swimming, netball, football, tag rugby, lacrosse and much more offered, including ski trips. The school has access to first class sporting facilities including grass pitches, astroturf surfaces, tennis courts swimming/leisure centres.

The role will form a part of the Senior Management Team, leading on the provision and development of sport across the school, sharing resources with other members of this prestigious independent schools' group. The appointed Director of Sport will be an experienced Teacher and or Head of Department, with specialisms in netball and the ability to run ski trips.
