We are seeking an outstanding, dynamic, and dedicated Director of Sixth Form Behaviour and Inclusion to lead Behaviour Systems, Inclusion, and Pastoral Care within our high‑achieving and rapidly growing Sixth Form. Working closely with the Assistant Headteacher for Sixth Form, pastoral leaders and Heads of Year, you will ensure all students receive the guidance, structure and support they need to thrive academically and personally.
• Lead the development and implementation of behaviour systems and inclusion strategies. • Manage pastoral care programmes and support structures across the Sixth Form. • Work collaboratively with senior leadership and teaching staff to drive high expectations and positive culture. • Analyse and report on behaviour, attendance and student outcomes to inform improvement plans.
