Role Description

This is a full‑time, remote role for a Director of Sales and Marketing. The individual in this position will oversee and execute sales and marketing strategies aimed at expanding market presence and driving revenue growth. Responsibilities include managing regional sales operations, developing strong client relationships, identifying new growth opportunities, managing a high‑performing sales team and providing mentorship. The role also involves collaborating with other departments to ensure alignment between business strategy and customer needs.

Qualifications
  • Degrees in relevant fields are considered, but not mandatory. Strategic thinking and excellent interpersonal communication skills are.
  • Proficiency in Sales and Sales Operations, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Strong Customer Service and Business Development skills to identify opportunities and build lasting relationships
  • Experience in Team Management with the ability to lead, develop and motivate a sales team
  • Experience in developing regional or international sales and marketing strategies
  • Experience with the M&A industry, including an understanding of packaging brand equity, is a plus
  • Ability to work independently and achieve objectives in a remote environment
