As Commercial Sales Manager, you'll own the sales strategy across the portfolio, personally driving revenue growth through a dynamic mix of account management and new business development. You'll split your time strategically dedicating 25% to maximising yield from existing corporate clients whilst spending 75% on the exciting challenge of winning significant new business across corporate, groups, meetings and events, and extended stay segments.
Working alongside the Key Accounts Team and wider Commercial Team, you'll have the autonomy to build relationships with C-suite decision makers, pursue high-value opportunities across TMCs, SABAs, and consortia, and personally host FAM trips and showcases that convert prospects into long-term partners.
This Commercial Sales Manager role would suit someone with a strong hospitality sales background who thrives on the energy of new business development and has a proven track record of exceeding revenue targets.
