Stockport NHS Foundation and Tameside and Glossop Integrated Foundation Trusts are seeking an exceptional and experienced leader to join our senior leadership team as Director of Quality Governance.
This is a high-profile strategic role offering the opportunity to influence quality, patient safety and governance across two progressive and ambitious NHS organisations. Reporting directly to the Chief Nurse, you will provide expert leadership and assurance on all aspects of quality governance, patient safety, risk management, regulatory compliance and continuous improvement
As Director of Quality Governance, you will lead the Trust's Quality Governance Directorate, overseeing patient safety, risk management, complaints and PALS, patient experience, claims and inquests, health and safety, policy governance and regulatory compliance functions. You will work closely with Executive Directors, Divisional Leadership Teams, Board members and external partners to ensure the organisation maintains the highest standards of care, safety and quality.
