Job summary

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership to about 50 FTEs and 4 SCS1 heads.
• Deliver high-integrity legal advice to the Advocate General and Ministers.
• Oversee budget, governance, and performance for the OAG.
• Lead strategic legal advice on Scots law across UK Government departments.
• Maintain risk management and oversee litigation strategy in Scotland.
