Job summary

ACURO ASSOCIATES LTD is seeking a Director of Product Strategy & Management to define the future direction of a substantial software portfolio, leading product strategy, commercial outcomes and portfolio transformation. This is not a traditional Product Management role, with executive visibility and the opportunity to shape long-term business growth.

You will drive AI-enabled innovation, align product and technology strategy with Engineering leadership, and shape go-to-market plans with Sales,

Qualifications

• Director-level product management leadership in a software vendor.
• Experience owning complex software portfolios and delivering growth.
• Executive stakeholder management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute product vision, strategy and portfolio priorities.
• Drive growth, adoption, retention and expansion.
• Lead product lifecycle management across multiple solutions.
• Shape go-to-market plans with Sales, Marketing and Services teams.
