  • Reporting to the Senior Director of Product

As a Director of Product, you will:

  • Define and drive strategy for infrastructure and developer productivity, balancing long-term scalability with immediate needs to empower engineering teams across Webflow.
  • Partner with engineering leadership to shape technical roadmaps, align on priorities, and inform build-versus-buy decisions to accelerate velocity.
  • Lead and mentor product managers within Infrastructure and Developer Experience, building a high-performing team focused on technical depth, customer empathy (internal developers), and execution excellence.
  • Establish and own success metrics, using data to measure platform performance, availability, reliability, developer efficiency, and business impact.
  • Champion cross-functional collaboration with Engineering, Security, Product Management, Data, and Finance to enable innovation, safety, and scale.
  • Stay at the forefront of emerging technologies and translate them into pragmatic strategies that improve developer productivity and system performance.
  • Communicate clearly with executives and stakeholders, advocating for infrastructure investments as needed.

We will support you in identifying development opportunities and incorporating them into your role.

About you:

You’ll thrive as a Director of Product if you have:

  • Technical background with deep understanding of distributed systems, developer tooling, and platform reliability; experience with cloud platforms, container orchestration, CI/CD, and observability is a plus.
  • Significant people leadership experience, managing and growing PM teams and fostering cross-functional collaboration.
  • Exceptional communication and influence skills to align with executives and cross-functional partners.
  • Strategic and systems-thinking ability to translate complex technical challenges into actionable plans that scale.
  • Experience operating at scale with build/deploy pipelines and reliability/performance across multi-tenant SaaS platforms and globally distributed infrastructure.
  • Curiosity and openness to growth, including fluency in emerging technologies like AI to unlock progress and impact.
