About our Team
The Shared Technologies organization builds and operates core technology platforms that enable products across the company to deliver secure, scalable, and consistent user experiences. Our primary focus is on Identity and Access Management (IAM) — the backbone of authentication and authorization for internal and external products — as well as our API Platform, which powers secure, unified integrations across our ecosystem, and the recent addition of the internal developer Platform.
We are seeking a Product Director, Go-To-Market (GTM) to lead adoption, engagement, and satisfaction across our shared platforms. This role is pivotal in ensuring internal and external stakeholders realize the full value of our technology investments, from initial onboarding to long-term success.
Our team is based in London, with hybrid working and flexibility built in. We typically come into the London office once or twice a week, with more in-person time for key meetings or team events. We’re open to part‑time or other flexible working patterns - we’re committed to building an inclusive team and know great people come in all forms.
