Monzo in London is seeking a Director of Product Design to lead design across Payments, shaping strategy and driving execution with product managers, engineers and researchers.

You will grow a team of product designers, elevate design thinking, and expand impact across the organisation.

After starting as a prepaid card, our product offering has grown a lot in the last 10 years in the UK. As well as personal and business bank accounts, we offer joint accounts, accounts for 16-17 year olds, a free kids account and credit cards in the UK, with more exciting things to come beyond. Our UK customers can also save, invest and combine their pensions with us. You’ll partner closely with senior leaders across Product and Engineering to shape strategy, set direction, and drive exceptional execution across your area. You’ll play a key role in influencing the direction of both the product and the broader customer experience.
