• Senior HR leadership experience at C-suite level in luxury or highly matrixed global organisations.
• Proven ability to translate business priorities into strategic people plans across functions.
• Strong capability in talent development, organisational design and change management.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management across multiple locations.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the Chief Operations Officer and leadership to shape a cohesive people strategy.
• Lead talent management, succession planning and leadership development across the Product Triangle.
• Oversee HR operations, policy, ER and legal matters with a data-led, compliant approach.
• Drive organisational change initiatives and ensure inclusive, high‑performing teams.
