About the College

Role Overview

Director of People Services – provide leadership for the People Business Partnering and Advisory function and People Operations (including payroll and recruitment). Drive continuous improvement across all People services and support the delivery of the People Plan, helping the college be a Great Place to Work.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the People Experience and People Operations teams to deliver accuracy, compliance and consistently excellent service.
  • Provide expert employment relations advice and operational excellence.
  • Develop and implement continuous improvement strategies across People services.
  • Actively support the College’s mission to transform lives through learning by ensuring learners and staff receive the best service.
