A leading social housing provider in Bradford is seeking a People Director to implement and lead a transformative people strategy. The ideal candidate will have a strong HR leadership background, excellent communication skills, and experience in driving change within complex environments. We are a social housing landlord and one of the largest housing providers in the region with over 22000 social and affordable homes mainly in the Bradford district. We employ a talented workforce of nearly 1000 people.
