What you’ll be doing in a nutshell
  • Direct the planning and execution of the division’s sales strategy ensuring alignment with company goals and monitoring performance.
  • Provide leadership and direction to the sales function and related teams delivering measurable outcomes and achieving sales targets.
  • Adapt to evolving market conditions and dynamic business environments.
  • Leverage data and analytics to inform decisions and refine sales strategies.
  • Build and lead high‑performing teams that drive business performance and growth.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
  • Manage strategic relationships with partners, suppliers and customers regionally and globally collaborating with the Group Commercial Director to implement a global customer relationship strategy.
  • Sponsor and direct strategic programs, projects and initiatives within the division and across the organisation.

  • Strong negotiation and influencing capabilities.
