Digital Integration Director (Paid Media)

Location: London (Hybrid)
Type: Permanent
Salary: £75,000- £85,000 depending on experience

Hybrid working - 3 office days a week.

About the Role

I am hiring for a leadership role in Paid Media with a leading media agency and take ownership of paid media strategy on one of the UK's most high-profile accounts.

This is a fantastic opportunity to shape digital maturity, drive innovation, and lead a talented team in delivering world-class, fully integrated digital campaigns.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the planning and flawless execution of holistic paid media campaigns across PPC, Paid Social, Programmatic and display across multiple products and brands.
  • Act as the senior digital point of contact, guiding stakeholders on their digital transformation journey.
  • Lead and inspire a high-performing team, ensuring campaigns are innovative, commercially effective, and error-free.
  • Champion integration across PPC, Programmatic, and Paid Social to deliver forward-thinking solutions.
  • Collaborate with planning, data, and client experience teams to ensure strategies are rooted in insight and business objectives.
  • Drive continuous improvements in performance, introducing new solutions and market-leading opportunities.
  • Play a key role in developing the agency's Digital Integration function to support growth and retention.
What We're Looking For
  • 8+ years' digital experience, with deep expertise in at least two of the following: PPC, Programmatic Display, Paid Social.
  • Strong understanding of the digital landscape, including platforms, attribution, data application (1st, 2nd, 3rd party), and measurement solutions.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
  • Commercially savvy with a track record of delivering impactful digital solutions.
  • Positive, proactive, entrepreneurial, and resilient leadership style.
