Director of Operations – Location: Sheffield (Hybrid working available); Salary: £85,000

Are you an inspirational leader ready to shape the future of social housing services in Sheffield? Arches Housing is seeking an exceptional Director of Operations to join their Executive Leadership Team and drive excellence across housing and asset management.

Following the well-deserved promotion of the current Director of Operations to Chief Executive, we are delighted to be continuing our partnership with Arches Housing in the search for their next Director of Operations — a pivotal leadership role within the organisation.

As a key member of the executive team, you’ll lead the strategic and operational delivery of high-quality, tenant-focused services — ensuring every decision reflects the voice of their tenants. You’ll oversee housing and asset management operations, ensuring value for money, compliance, and continuous improvement, while fostering a culture of empowerment, innovation, and inclusion across your teams.
