An award-winning, design-led restaurant group known for its bold, creative concept and standout guest experience is seeking an exceptional Operations Director to lead its next phase of strategic growth. With several acclaimed sites in London and more openings on the horizon, the business is now ready to bring in a senior leader who can bring structure to scale without compromising soul.

The Opportunity

As Operations Director, you’ll report directly to the founders and take full ownership of day-to-day operations, commercial performance, team development, and strategic planning. You’ll build and lead high-performing teams, streamline systems, and drive a culture of excellence across every site.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead operations across multiple high-performing London restaurants

  • Develop and implement systems to support expansion and consistency
