ROLE DETAILS
- This role is for an experienced Operations Specialist to design, optimise, and scale core business functions across warehousing, print & branding, logistics, and technology-enabled workflows in Dubai.
- This role will be instrumental in shaping the next phase of the client’s operational infrastructure, driving efficiency, scalability, and exceptional service delivery.
- The ideal candidate will have hands-on exposure to corporate gifting, branded merchandise, or print production environments, with proven experience in automation, workflow optimisation, and leading operational improvement initiatives.

Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in operations management, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field.
- 5–10 years of experience in operations, preferably within the corporate gifting, promotional products, printing, or light manufacturing sectors.
- Proven experience in setting up or scaling up production or fulfilment facilities.
- Strong understanding of ERP/WMS systems, workflow automation, and digital integration.
- Experience with branding/printing machinery setup and process optimisation is a plus.
- Excellent analytical, organisational, and project management skills.
- Hands-on leadership style with the ability to train and motivate teams.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
