Job summary

Kainos is seeking a senior leader to head the operating model advisory practice, helping customers redesign how People, Finance and Planning services are organized and delivered. You will ensure Workday enables a simpler, standardized, scalable model rather than replicating legacy complexity.

Lead engagements across countries and acquisitions, guiding design choices and governance while partnering with Workday architects and delivery leadership to realise measurable value.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in consultancy or industry operating model / shared services transformation, with director-level experience.
• Proven ability to design and implement target operating models for HR, Finance or Payroll.
• Track record leading global process harmonisation or standardisation within ERP/Cloud programmes.
• Credibility to challenge and influence C-suite and senior leaders.
• Strong commercial and business development experience.
• Excellent structured problem-solving, facilitation and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead operating model advisory engagements and related Pathfinder assessments.
• Develop proposals and grow the talent and Advisory (T&A) pipeline.
• Build methods, reference models and accelerators for the practice.
• Collaborate with Workday solution architects and delivery leadership.
