Page Personnel is supporting a large education organisation in West Yorkshire seeking a Director of Funding, Data & Information to join the senior leadership team at Bradford base. The role offers significant influence over strategy and performance in funding, data and transformation.

You will lead a critical function, drive digital innovation and data-led improvements, and manage complex reporting and audits.

Qualifications

• Extensive leadership experience in funding, data, MIS or BI.
• Strong knowledge of FE/HE funding methodologies and compliance.
• Proven track record delivering strategic change using data and insight.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and ability to communicate complex data clearly.
• Experience leading teams in large, complex organisations.

Job Description

• Salary of £72,000 - £80,000

The Successful Applicant

• Significant leadership experience within funding, data, MIS or business intelligence functions.
• Strong knowledge of FE and/or HE funding methodologies and compliance requirements.
• Experience managing audits, regulatory returns and complex reporting environments.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• A proven track record of delivering strategic change and organisational improvement through data and insight.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing skills, with the ability to communicate complex information clearly.
• Experience leading teams and driving performance within a large and complex organisation.
• A collaborative, innovative and commercially aware approach, combined with a passion for delivering positive outcomes.
