We are partnering exclusively with Bromsgrove District Council and Redditch Borough Council seeking an experienced Section 151 Officer to take ownership of financial strategy and ensure robust oversight across all council services.This is a pivotal role for two ambitious councils. You'll lead on everything from budget setting and medium-term financial planning to statutory accounts and key council meetings. You'll be ready to hit the ground running, bringing deep knowledge of local government finance and strong leadership.
