Job description

We are seeking an exceptional leader to join South Staffordshire College at a truly transformative time. This is a brand-new post, created as part of our ambitious growth strategy, and offers a unique opportunity to shape the future of our curriculum and make a lasting impact. We are on a journey to ‘Outstanding’ – and you can play a pivotal role in helping us achieve it.

As our Director of Motor Vehicle, Plumbing, Gas and NetZero you will also take on the wider responsibilities of Director of Faculty, working in partnership with the Assistant Principal for Curriculum and Quality to ensure South Staffordshire College is recognised for excellence in everything we do. You will lead the expansion of our curriculum offer, ensuring delivery is innovative, efficient, and of the highest quality. Your leadership will drive creativity, inspire teams, and secure exceptional results through robust quality assurance and continuous improvement.

This senior leadership role comes with significant influence. You will oversee multiple curriculum areas including Motor Vehicle, Plumbing, Gas and our state of the art NetZero Training Center, while supporting shaping provision across all College sites.

We are looking for a visionary leader with proven experience in managing curriculum delivery teams within the post-16 sector. You will bring outstanding communication skills, deep knowledge, and a track record of driving improvement and delivering measurable impact.
