Are you a visionary leader with a passion for wildlife and social justice? Northumberland Wildlife Trust is looking for a dynamic Director of Engagement & Fundraising to help shape a Wilder Future across our region. This is your opportunity to join a forward-thinking charity at a pivotal moment, driving strategic change, growing support, and inspiring action for nature and climate.

Reporting to the CEO, this role forms part of the senior leadership team, which guides strategic development and activity towards achieving NWT's mission. Key components include income generation from diverse sources, fostering widespread support from communities, partners and businesses, budgetary control, monitoring KPIs and ensuring successful outcomes for people, nature and climate.

Northumberland Wildlife Trust is a charity dedicated to saving wildlife and wild places and helping people to get closer to nature. We are one of 46 Wildlife Trusts, a grassroots movement working across the UK to make life better - for wildlife, for people and for future generations. We aim to inspire people to value nature through our visitor centres, events, education programmes, volunteering and campaigns.

You need to be driven and ambitious, demonstrate a clear belief in the work of The Wildlife Trusts.

The role is for 35 hours per week. NWT operates a flexitime system.

This salary starts at £49,890 per annum with a 5% pension contribution.
