Role Overview

Northumberland Wildlife Trust is seeking a dynamic Director of Engagement & Fundraising to help shape a Wilder Future across our region. This senior leadership position reports to the CEO and involves driving strategic change, growing support, and inspiring action for nature and climate.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate income from diverse funding sources.
• Build widespread support from communities, partners and businesses.
• Maintain budgetary control and monitor KPIs.
• Ensure successful outcomes for people, nature and climate.

This role is for 35 hours per week and operates on a flexitime system.

Remuneration

Salary starts at £49,890 per annum with a 5% pension contribution.
