West Northamptonshire Council is seeking a Service Director for Education and Partnerships to provide strategic leadership across education, inclusion, partnerships and sufficiency planning, ensuring services are sustainable and deliver improved outcomes for children and families.

You will work with schools, academy trusts and health partners to strengthen the local education system, lead transformation programmes, and shape long-term strategies that are innovative and financially responsible.

Qualificações

• Senior leadership experience within education or children's services.
• Experience delivering large-scale change and managing budgets.
• Strong partnership-building and stakeholder engagement.
• Data-informed decision making and performance insight.
