We’re seeking a Director of Design to lead our design organization as we enter a new era of AI-first product management. You’ll guide a talented team of product designers, UX writer, and design system expert through an exciting transformation of how modern product teams work in partnership with AI.
Reporting to the Martin Felcman, Sr. Director of Product, you’ll partner closely with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Customer Experience to define and deliver the next generation of Productboard’s experience. You’ll set the vision for design quality, clarity, and consistency across our platform — and help make our AI-first agentic experience the default for all customers.
10+ years of experience in product design, including 3+ years in design leadership within B2B SaaS or enterprise platforms.
